Students have been busy learning and celebrating the Metis people, history and culture this week!
Students have learned to make bannock, moccasins, and pouches. The ECS-grade 2 classes travelled back in time to celebrate many traditions and have made ribbon skirts and shirts in class.
Thank you so much to our elders and community members for joining us this week and to our staff for passing on all of their knowledge, we appreciate you all very much!
